   Activate the property emergency plan and assign one incident leader.

   Protect guests and employees through evacuation, shelter or restricted access as directed.

   Bring emergency keys, communication devices, guest list and accountability materials.

   Preserve facts and evidence; direct media and external inquiries to the approved contact.

6. 06

   Document the timeline, people involved, notifications and required post-incident actions.
