Coordinate access and verify the room is vacant, safe to enter and not awaiting a guest request.

Test entry hardware, lights, outlets, HVAC, plumbing, television, phone and key comfort features.

Inspect furniture, walls, flooring, windows and bathroom finishes for damage or accelerated wear.
- 04
Correct simple defects or create a work order with room status impact and repair priority.
- 05
Return the room only after required housekeeping or supervisory inspection is complete.
