Coordinate room access and place the room out of inventory when required.

Test entry hardware, door closer, secondary lock, peephole and emergency information.

Inspect HVAC, thermostat, filter, noise, airflow and condensate condition.

Test plumbing, drains, toilet, hot water, caulk, grout and leak indicators.
- 05
Check furniture, walls, flooring, lighting, outlets, appliances and window hardware.
- 06
Record readings and repairs; request independent inspection before returning the room.
